Check Colour and HDR Settings in Windows 10

With the popularity of Ultra HD (4K) and HDR (High Dynamic Range) TVs, monitors, television shows, games, and movies, it can sometimes be confusing to know if your monitor or screen will give you best from your video. Windows can tell you if your screen can display HDR video though, just open Settings and navigate to System and then Display where you can click the Windows HD Colour Settings link. A panel will open telling you if your monitor is HDR compatible, and it will also display a preview video that shows you what a video will look like on your screen.
